摘  要:在建立取向硅钢可逆轧制过程中带钢温度模型的基础上,研究了轧制温度的变化规律,提出了取向硅钢冷轧温度的控制方法。实际应用效果表明,模拟结果能够较好地反映出取向硅钢在可逆轧制程中的温度变化,相应参数优化调整符合其冷轧生产设备及工艺要求,能够为其可逆轧制过程中的温度控制参数优化提供参考依据。Based on establishing the temperature model for a strip steel in the process of reverse cold-rolling oriented silicon steels, the change regularities for rolling temperatures in cold rolling were studied and then the control method for cold rolling temperatures of oriented silicon steels was proposed. The application effect by the method in practice demonstrated that the simulation results could preferably reflect the temperature changes in the process of reverse cold- rolling oriented silicon steels while the optimization and adjustment of corresponding parameters were in accord with the requirements asked by the cold rolling equipment and production process in cold rolling, which could provide the reference basis for the optimization of control parameters for temperatures in the process of reverse cold rolling.
