摘　　要：按照国家对安全生产管理工作的严格要求,安全培训不到位就是重大事故隐患。分析了当前安全技术培训面临的问题,以及信息化技术、人工智能技术在提升培训效果上的优势。重点阐述了利用远程培训模式有效解决安全技术培训工作效果不佳的具体措施。指出了从事企业员工安全技术培训的机构如何更有效地发挥作用,进一步推动安全技术培训工作健康发展。As the requirements of the state for safety production management become stricter and stricter, it is a major accident potential that safety training is not in place. The problems faced by current safety technology training and the advantages of information technology and artificial intelligence technology in improving training effect are analyzed, and the specific measures for the poor effectiveness of distance training in safety training are expounded. It is discussed for employee safety technical training institutions how to play a more effective role and further promote the healthy development of safety technology training.
