摘 要:目的:探讨农村订单定向医学生(定向医学生)职业使命感、希望与学业投入三者之间的关系。方法:采用职业使命感量表、希望量表、学业投入量表,对安徽省3所医学院校的定向医学生493人进行测量。结果:职业使命感、希望与学业投入三者之间呈现正相关关系(P<0.01);职业使命感对学业投入有正向预测作用(P<0.01);职业使命感对希望有正向预测作用(P<0.01);引入中介变量希望,职业使命感对学业投入的影响有所降低,但仍然显著(P<0.01),希望在职业使命感和学业投入之间起到部分中介作用。结论:对定向医学生进行职业使命感教育,有助于希望水平的提升,促进学业投入。Objective: To explore the relationships between the protessional mission, hope and academic engagement in medical students. Methods : Four hundred and ninety-three order-oriented medical students from three medical colleges and universities in Anhui province were measured using the protessional mission scale, hope scale and academic engagement scale. Results : There was a positive correlation between career mission, hope and academic engagement( P 〈 0.01 ). The protessional mission had positive predicting effect on hope academic engagement and hope (P 〈 0.01 ). Alter the introduction of intennediary variables hope, the ettect of protessional mis-sion on academic engagement decreased, but still significant( P 〈 0.01 ) , and the hope played a part mediating role between career mis-sion and academic engagement. Conclusions :The vocational mission education in order-oriented medical students can be conducive to improve the level of hope, and promote academic engagement.
