摘　　要：学术失范是国内学术界和社会共同关注的话题,然而现有文献都集中在理性批判,缺少事实证据。文章以图书情报学为研究对象,收集1994年至2014年间CNKI数据库中的重复发表论文,从分布特征和影响因素揭示国内图书情报学界学术失范的现状和成因。研究发现,虽然我国图书情报学界的学术失范程度严重,但是发展趋势明显好转;组织情境和个人因素均对学术失范行为具有显著的影响。学术失范的治理要以制度建设为主、规范教育为辅。Academic anomie is a hot topic of common concern in domestic academia and the whole society, however, the present stud- ies focus on the theoretical reflection lacking empirical evidence. The Library and Information Science （LIS） was chosen as the re- search object. The duplicate publications of LIS in CNKI database fl＇om 1994 to 2014 were collected to reveal the status quo and causes of academic anomie of LIS by analyzing the distribution characteristics and influencing factors. The findings of this study include that： 1 ） the degree of academic anomie in China＇s Library and Information Science is severe, however, the trend has been obviously im- proved; 2） Organizational and personal factors both have a significant impact on academic anomie. The improvement of academic ano- mie depends on the institutional construction as well as the supplementary research ethics education. 39 refs.
