摘 要:本文设计了一款基于NCP1207和IR11672的双管反激式开关电源,分别实现准谐振技术(QR)和同步整流技术(SR)。详细介绍变压器的设计过程和QR及SR技术的工作原理。通过搭建样机验证原理的准确性,证明引入QR和SR技术的双管反激式开关电源满载运行效率极高,最高效率能达88.3%。In the paper, a 24V/6A two transistor flyback switching power supply combining Quasi resonant technology (QR) based on NCP1207 with Synchronous rectification technology(SR) based on IRl1672 is designed. The design progress of transformer and the working principles of QR and SR are introduced in detail. The experimental prototype set up in laboratory certifies the accuracy of the theory and proves two-transistor flyback switching power supply with QR and SR to be more efficient in full load, with the highest efficiency of 88.30/00.
