摘  要:依托高、低温综合碳化箱,在一定的CO_2(20%)、湿度(75%)及温度(20,30和40℃)的情况下,设计了6组试件进行混凝土快速碳化试验。参照工程中常用的碳化深度预测公式,通过Origin分析软件,对试验结果进行了曲线拟合,给出了不同条件下碳化速率系数的参考值。分析了钢筋混凝土结构钢筋锈蚀的3个阶段,建立了混凝土结构碳化的结构功能函数。按照自然环境碳化速率系数和加速碳化试验碳化速率系数的转换关系,结合结构可靠度理论,提出了混凝土结构在某一时刻碳化可靠度预测的具体方法。Based on the high and low temperature comprehensive carbonization box, 6 groups of specimens were correspondingly designed for accelerated carbonization test of concrete under the condition of 20 % of CO2,75 % of humidity and temperature at 20,30 and 40 ℃. Referring to the widely used prediction formula of carbonation depth in engi neering area, the results of the test were fitted by Origin analysis software, and the ref erence values of carbonation rate coefficients under different conditions were given. The analysis of reinforcement corrosion of reinforced concrete structure, the function of car bonization of concrete structure was established. According to the conversion relation ship between carbonation rate coefficients of the natural environment and the accelerated carbonation test, combined with the theory of structural reliability, a method for predic ting carbonation reliability of concrete structure at any time was proposed.
