摘 要:利用双螺杆挤出机制备了聚丙烯/芳纶浆粕/聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐系列复合材料,采用偏光显微镜和扫描电镜研究了芳纶浆粕在聚丙烯基体中的分散情况,采用动态热机械分析仪、差示扫描量热仪、万能拉伸试验机、维卡软化点测定仪研究了芳纶浆粕用量对聚丙烯复合材料性能的影响.结果表明:芳纶浆粕在聚丙烯基体中形成柔性填料网络,促进聚丙烯异相成核结晶,而且随着浆粕含量的增加,材料的刚性、强度和韧性以及耐热性能有上升的趋势,但损耗因子有减小的趋势.A series of polypropylene/aramid pulp/polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride composites were prepared by twin screw extruder. The dispersion of aramid pulp in polypropylene matrix was studied by POM and SEM. The quantity of aramid pulp on the properties of polypropylene composites was investigated by DMA, DSC, universal tensile testing machine and Vicat softening point tester. The results indicate that aramid pulp forms a flexible filler network in polypropylene matrix, and promotes heterogeneous nucleation in crystallization. The rigidity, strength, toughness and heat resistance of the composites have a rising trend, but the loss factor decrease with the increase in aramid pulp content.
