摘 要:综述了蜂窝纸板振动传递特性的研究进展,从实验研究、振动传递特性模型构建和有限元分析方法 3个方面总结了国内外研究成果。重点讨论了当前研究中结构参数对蜂窝纸板共振频率和振动传递率的影响规律,指出蜂窝纸板振动传递特性的下一步研究可从以下方面开展:分析蜂窝结构参数对包装系统振动传递特性及减振特性的影响规律,从理论和仿真两方面分别建立与蜂窝结构参数相关的振动传递特性数学模型和有限元模型,进一步揭示蜂窝纸板材料振动传递规律,阐明蜂窝纸板振动变形机理。The research progress on vibration transmissibility of honeycomb paperboard was reviewed. Domestic and foreign research achievements were summarized from three aspects of experimental study, model construction of vibration transmissibility and finite element analysis method. The influence of structural parameters on resonance frequency and transmissibility of honeycomb paperboard was discussed in detail. The further study might focus on analysis of the influence of honeycomb structural parameters on the vibration transmissibility and damping characteristics of packaging system. Then the mathematical model and finite element model related to the honeycomb structure parameters could be established respectively both in theory and in simulation to reveal the vibration transmissibility rule and deformation mechanism.
