摘 要:以三氟氯乙烯/四氟乙烯-烷基乙烯基醚/酯(FEVE)为基料,钛酸铁钠(NaFeTiO_4)晶须为主要减摩耐磨填料,通过液相共混法制备兼具减摩耐磨防腐的无机-有机氟碳复合涂层材料,研究填料在树脂基体中的分散性及填料对涂层减摩耐磨性、防腐蚀性的影响。通过X线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对钛酸铁钠晶须晶型、形貌及晶须在复合涂层中的分散性能进行表征。采用摩擦磨损试验机对涂层摩擦磨损性能进行评价,通过电化学交流阻抗对涂层防腐蚀性能进行评价。结果表明:钛酸铁钠晶须能够均匀稳定地分散在涂层基体中,当钛酸铁钠晶须的添加量为FEVE树脂质量的5%时,涂层的摩擦因数由0.854降低至0.709,体积磨损量由0.17 mm3降低至0.017 mm^3,耐磨性能提升近10倍,同时复合涂层具有优异的防腐蚀性能。An inorganic-organic composite of iron sodium titanate whisker (NaFeTiO 4 ) reinforced fluorocarbon composite coating with improved performance in anti-friction,anti-wear,and anti-corrosion was prepared through liquid blending method,using fluorinated ethylene/vinyl monomer copolymerized fluorocarbon resin (FEVE) as the base material and NaFeTiO 4 whiskers as the main anti-friction and anti-wear filler.The crystal structure,morphology,and dispersion of the FEVE composite coating of NaFeTiO 4 whiskers were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).The friction,wear bearing,and anti-corrosion performance of the composite coating were evaluated by friction and wear tester and electrochemical impedance.Results showed that NaFeTiO 4 whiskers could uniformly disperse in the FEVE matrix without precipitation.When the content of NaFeTiO 4 was 5%,the coefficient of friction and wear volume of composite coating reduced from 0.854 and 0.17 mm 3 to 0.709 and 0.017 mm 3 ,respectively.The wear resistance performance was increased by 10 times.The coating showed not only the lowest anti-friction coefficient and wear volume,but also excellent anti-corrosion performance.
