摘 要:以白云岩为原料,分别在800、850和900℃下煅烧1和2 h来制备煅烧白云岩(CD),测定掺CD的砂浆试件的膨胀率和抗压强度。结果表明:CD会略增大水泥的标准稠度用水量,且随着CD煅烧温度的升高或保温时间的延长,掺CD水泥标准稠度用水量趋于增大。砂浆的膨胀率随着CD掺量的增加而增大,随着煅烧温度升高或保温时间延长,掺CD砂浆膨胀率也随之增加,膨胀达到稳定所需要的时间延长。掺10%的850℃下煅烧2 h的CD的砂浆7、28和90 d抗压强度均略高于不掺CD的对比样。除900℃煅烧2 h的CD外,随着CD煅烧温度的升高或保温时间的延长,掺CD砂浆的抗压强度趋于升高。相同掺量时,掺850℃下煅烧2 h的CD砂浆的抗压强度最高。The calcined dolostone(CD) was prepared by calcining dolostones at 800,850 and 900 ℃ for 1 and 2 h.The expansion and compressive strength of mortars mixed with calcined dolostone were investigated.Results showed that CD might increase the water requirement for normal consistence of cement and increasing the calcination temperature and residence time of CD would increase the water requirement for normal consistence of cement.The expansion of mortars incorporated with more CD was larger.CD calcined at higher temperatures for longer time would bring about larger expansion of mortars.However,higher calcining temperatures or longer residence time would prolong the time for the development of expansion of mortars.The incorporation of CD tended to reduce the compressive strength of mortars,but the compressive strength of mortars mixed with CD calcined at 850 ℃for 2 h was higher than that without CD at 7,28 and 90 d when the content of CD was 10%.CD calcined at higher temperatures for longer time would cause less loss of compressive strength of mortars except the CD calcined at 900 ℃ for 2 h.
