摘 要:混凝土碳化是影响混凝土耐久性的重要因素之一。为探讨不同强度等级矿物掺合料混凝土的碳化情况,利用不同掺量的矿渣粉、硅灰和微珠等矿物掺合料等量取代水泥制备不同强度等级的混凝土试块,采用快速碳化试验方法测量不同强度试块的碳化深度并将其与对应标准养护试样做强度对比。结果表明:混凝土强度越高其抗碳化能力就越强,适量掺入矿物掺合料的混凝土抗碳化能力高于基准混凝土,混凝土被碳化会导致其抗压强度发展缓慢,并且碳化深度值越大抗压强度下降越明显。Carbonation of concrete is one of the important factors that affect the durability of concrete.To discuss the carbonation of different strength grades of mineral admixture of concrete,different strength grades of concrete specimens were prepared by using different amount of slag powder,silica fume and micro bead mineral admixture replacing cement,and the test method of fast carbonation depth measurement of different intensity test block and its strength were compared with the corresponding standard curing specimens.Results showed that the higher the concrete strength was,the stronger the carbonation resistance was,and the higher the carbonation resistance of concrete with moderate mineral admixtures was than that of the reference concrete.The carbonation of concrete would directly lead to the decrease of compressive strength and the greater the carbonation depth value,the more obvious the loss of strength.
