摘　　要：目的：分析氨溴索联合BiPAP无创通气治疗对AECOPD患者肺功能、动脉血气及血清CRP、PCT的影响.方法：将在我院治疗的150例AECOPD患者分为观察组与对照组,两组均进行BiPAP无创通气呼吸机治疗,观察组在此基础联合氨溴索,比较两组的治疗效果.结果：观察组的肺功能及动脉血气指标、CRP及PCT改善幅度均优于对照组,差异显著（P〈0.05）.结论：氨溴索联合BiPAP无创通气治疗AECOPD效果显著,且无严重不良反应.Objective：to analyze the effects of ambroxol combined with BiPAP noninvasive ventilation on pulmonary function,arterial blood gas and serum CRP and PCT in patients with AECOPD. Methods：150 patients with AECOPD in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group.The two groups were all treated with BiPAP noninvasive ventilator, and the observation group was combined with ambroxol in this basis, and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results：the pulmonary function and arterial blood gas index,the improvement of CRP and PCT in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：ambroxol combined with BiPAP has no significant adverse effects on AECOPD.
