摘 要:文章针对钢铁流程中大量余热资源利用效率低的现象进行了深入分析,提出了"一个中心、四个层级"的余热资源梯级利用(RRUC)方法,以填补"能源梯级利用"理论与"现场工程师"实践之间的鸿沟。以某大型烧结冷却机为对象,采用"RRUC"规划方法前后的节能效果进行了分析,结果表明,采用该方法后节能效果明显,实现了效率与效益最大化。In the paper, a low efficiency phenomenon of a large number of waste heat resources utilization was analyzed, a main reason was that there was a huge gap between the "energy cascade utilization" theory and the practice of "field engineer". Aiming at this problem, the "one center, four levels" of the waste heat resource cascade utilization (RRUC) method was proposed to fill this gap. The "RRUC" method was used to optimize the cooling system of a large sintering process. The optimization results show that the energy saving effect is obvious, and the efficiency and benefit are maximized.
