摘  要:烧结矿限产期间,高炉生产被迫吃落地烧结矿;且随着市场波动,在焦炭质量明显下滑等一系列不利条件下,唐钢3号高炉通过采取强化原燃料管理、合理的上下部制度、精细精准化日常管理等措施,产量稳步上升,燃料比大幅下降,强化了冶炼强度。During the limited production period of sinter, the raw materials entering the blast furnace were changed to ground sinter. At the same time, due to the influence of a series of unfavorable conditions such as market fluctuations and the decline in the quality of coke, the indexes of the blast furnace all showed a downward trend. Tangshan iron and steel No. 3 blast furnaces adopted measures such as strengthening the management of raw fuels and a reasonable upper and lower part of the system, and at the same time finely and accurately managing daily operations. As a result, output increased steadily and the fuel ratio dropped drastically, strengthening the intensity of smelting and maintaining the forward high yield of blast furnaces.
