摘 要:基于Fluent软件建立蜗壳式旋风分离器物理模型,对蜗壳式旋风分离器气相运动进行模拟,为优化分离器的结构提供理论支撑。分别研究了分离器内气相流场的速度分布规律、湍流结构和压力分布规律。结果表明:圆柱段速度分布对称性较差,锥体段速度分布对称性较好,主要是因为蜗壳式入口结构的非轴对称以及旋转气流的不稳定;流场的湍动能和湍动能耗散率均在圆柱段的环形分离空间内最大,说明在此区域湍流最为强烈,它消耗的能量也最大;流场的压力分布有很好的规律性,静压分布和总压分布极为相似,外旋流是高压区,内旋流是低压区,沿径向位置呈现很好的对称性,而动压在内外旋流的交界面上达到最大。Based on Fluent software, the physical model of volute cyclone separator was established, and the gas phase motion of volute cyclone separator was simulated, which provided theoretical support for optimizing the structure of separator. The distribution law of velocity field, turbulent structure of flow field and pressure distribution law of flow field in the separator were studied respectively. The results show that the symmetry of velocity distribution in cylindrical section is poor, and the symmetry of velocity distribution in cone section is better because of the non - axisymmetry of spiral volute inlet structure and instability of swirling airflow. Both turbulence energy and turbulent kinetic energy dissi- pation rate which is the largest in the annular separation space of the cylinder segment, indicating that the turbulent flow is the most intense in this region, so it also consumes the most energy. The pressure distribution in the flow field has a good regularity, and the distribution of static pressure and total pressure are very similar. The flow is a high - pressure zone, the inner swirl is a low - pressure zone, showing a good symmetry along the radial direction, while the dynamic pressure reaches the maximum at the interface of swirling flow inside and outside.
