摘 要:煤调湿干燥设备筒体一般采用蒸汽式多管回转结构,筒体内换热管受原料煤中异物砸击、原料煤磨损及腐蚀以及生产过程中频繁开停操作等影响,经常发生破损泄漏。对煤调湿换热管破损的原因进行分析,并采取了异物分离方式优化、操作优化以及定期监测预防等措施,有效解决了换热管破损。The steam type multi tube rotary structure was generally adopted in the cylinder of the coal wet drying equipment. The heat transfer tube in the barrel was affected by the smashing of foreign material in the raw coal, the wear and corrosion of the raw coal and the frequent opening and stopping operation during the production process, and often the breakage and leakage occurs. In the paper, the causes of the damage of the heat transfer heat transfer tube were analyzed, and the measures such as the optimization of the separation method, the operation optimization and the regular monitoring and prevention were taken, and the damage of the heat transfer tube was effectively solved.
