摘　　要：对辽宁省地震高危区大石桥市和盖州市农居建筑物进行了抽样,结合整理收集的地震地质背景资料和建筑物数据,通过建筑物抗震性能评估方法,对工作区各类建筑物的抗震能力进行综合评价,指出工作区内建筑物的高危害类型、存在的主要问题和抗震薄弱环节。The rural buildings in the high risk area of Dashiqiao and Caizhou city in Liaoning Province are sampled in this paper. Based on the seismic geological background data and the buildings data, the seismic capacity of all kinds of buildings in the working area has been evaluated comprehensively by the seismic performance evaluation method. The high risk type of buildings in the working area, the main problems and the weak link in the earthquake prevention are proposed in the end.
