摘  要:通过MATLAB编写谱分析软件计算得到辽宁及邻区大地电场的静日、扰日变化以及它们的频谱特性等分析,初步探讨主要谱成分的产生机理;对地电场观测资料的长、短极距的比值计算,有效排除地电场观测资料的太阳黑子活动、电离层、对流层、磁暴、磁层的电流系等来自空间场源在地球内部中感应而产生的电场变化;让大地电场观测在辽宁省的地震预测预报和震情跟踪中发挥其应有的作用;同时通过震例研究确定大地电场的异常提取方法和短期预报指标,可以对大地电场观测的映震能力做出评估,为该观测在地震预报中的应用提供理论依据。The analysis of the static days, disturbance days and their spectrum characteristics in Liaoning and adjacent areas, and their spectrum characteristics are calculated by MATLAB software. The generation mechanism of the main spectral components is preliminarily discussed, and the ratio calculation of the long and short distance to the observation data of the geoelectric field can effectively eliminate the sunspot of the geoelectric field observation data. The activity, the ionosphere, the troposphere, the magnetic storm and the current system of the magnetosphere come from the change of the electric field induced by the source of the space field in the earth, and make the geoelectric field observation play its due role in the earthquake prediction and earthquake tracking in Liaoning Province, and determine the anomaly extraction method of the geoelectric field through the seismic ease study. The short-term prediction index can evaluate the earthquake reflecting ability of the earth electric field observation, and provide theoretical basis for the application of the observation in earthquake prediction.
