摘　　要：目的:探讨在体外受精—胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期中早期胚胎发育阻滞对患者临床结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析2016年1—12月在广西医科大学第三附属医院生殖医疗中心行IVF-ET助孕的438个周期,根据移植周期中有无早期胚胎发育阻滞及发生早期胚胎发育阻滞的胚胎个数分为A组(无胚胎发生早期发育阻滞,n=249)、B组(有1枚胚胎发生早期发育阻滞,n=116)、C组(有2枚胚胎发生早期发育阻滞,n=42)及D组(≥3枚胚胎发生早期发育阻滞,n=31),比较4组患者的一般情况及临床结局。结果:4组患者随着早期胚胎发育阻滞的胚胎个数的增多,胚胎发育阻滞率逐渐增高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者的优胚率、种植率、临床妊娠率及活产率最高,其次为B组和C组,D组最低,且A组胚胎发育阻滞率低于其它3组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IVF周期中,发生早期胚胎发育阻滞周期比无胚胎发育阻滞周期的临床结局差,而发生早期胚胎发育阻滞的比例对临床结局有一定的预测作用。Objective： To investigate the effects of early embryo growth arrest on the clinical outcomes during in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer （IVF-ET） treatment cycles.Methods： Patients received IVF-ET treatment in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected,and were assigned to group A（no embryo arrest, n =249）,group B （1 embryo arrest, n =116）,group C （2 embryos arrest, n =42） and group D （≥3 embryos arrest）.The clinical outcomes were compared among the four groups.Results： The rate of early embryo arrest from high to low was group D,C,B and A,and the differences between groups were statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）.The rate of high quality embryo,implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate in group A were higher than those in other three groups（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： Patients with embryo growth arrest had poorer clinical outcomes than those without embryo arrest in IVF-ET.The rate of early embryo arrest could predict the IVF-ET outcome in some extent.
