胃肠道息肉患者围术期护理及对预后的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下切除胃肠道息肉围术期护理干预对患者预后的影响及其护理满意度。方法选取2015年9月~2017年9月于我院就诊并行内镜治疗的胃肠良性息肉患者150例为研究对象。所有患者随机分为两组,其中对照组(75例)实施常规围手术期护理干预,观察组(75例)则实施围术期针对性护理干预。比较两组患者并发症发生及护理满意度情况。结果对照组患者出血、感染、溃疡及穿孔总的并发症发生率为28.00%,观察组并发症发生率为2.67%,两组相比差异显著,经统计学分析,χ~2=18.538,P=0.000,差异有统计学意义。对照组患者总的护理满意率为89.34%,观察组患者护理满意率为98.67%,两组相比,差异显著,经统计学分析,χ~2=5.792,P=0.016,差异有统计学意义。结论对胃肠道息肉患者采取针对性围手术期护理可明显改善患者预后,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effeet of perioperative nursing intervention on prognosis and nursing satisfaetion of patients with gastrointestinal polyps after endoseopie reseetion. Methods A total of 150 eases with gastrointestinal polyps after endoscopic resection from September 2015 to September 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, all them were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 75 eases. The patients in eontrol group were given routine perioperative nursing intervention, while the patients in observation group were given the targeted nursing intervention. The eomplieations rate and nursing satisfaetion of two groups were eompared. Results The total complication rate of control group was 28.00%, while the complication rate of observation group was 2.67%, the differenee between the two groups was statistieally signifieant（x2=18.538, P=0.000）. The total nursing satisfaetion rate of the eontrol group was 89.34%, and the nursing satisfaetion rate of the observation group was 98.67%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（x2=5.792, P=0.016）. Conclusion Perioperative targeted nursing in patients with gastrointestinal polyps ean significantly improve the prognosis of patients, reduee the ineidenee of eomplieations, improve nursing satisfaetion, and it deserves elinieal promotion.
