综合康复治疗措施治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察综合康复治疗措施治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后的临床疗效。方法将2016年3月~2018年3月于珠海市第二人民医院骨科住院部入院接受手术治疗的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。对照组只进行直腿抬高训练与腰背肌康复训练,治疗组在对照组的基础上,接受冷热疗法。观察两组的临床疗效,分别于治疗前、术后1周、2周和1个月时(门诊随访)对两组患者进行VAS和JOA评分,记录两组患者治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果两组患者在治疗结束后VAS评分、JOA评分均得到改善(P <0.05),且治疗组效果优于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间均无严重不良反应出现。结论综合康复治疗措施能够有效地缓解患者的疼痛,并促进患者远期运动功能、日常生活能力的恢复。Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for patients with lumbar disc prolapse following surgery. Methods From March 2016 to March 2018, sixty patients receiving lumbar disc surgery from Zhuhai City Second People＇s Hospital were recruited and randomized into treatment group and control group, each group with 30 cases. Patients in the control group were merely treated with regular straight leg-raising and low-back muscle training, while the treatment group was treated with hot and cold therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of two groups were observed, VAS and JOA scores in both groups were assessed at the before treatment, 1st week, 2nd week and 1st month（outpatient follow-up） after surgery , the adverse reactions during the treatment of two groups were recorded. Results The VAS and JOA scores in both groups were improved（P 〈 0.05）, and the scores in treatment group were significantly obvious than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment period. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can alleviate the pain of patients, accelerate the recovery of patients＇ motor function and the activity of daily life.
