摘  要:随着市场的拓展和品种的开发,对连铸坯内部质量控制的要求日益严格,特别是对连铸坯成分的均质化水平提出新的要求。以首钢京唐钢铁公司高效板坯连铸机为例,介绍其设备参数及现行的连铸轻压下工艺。以管线钢的生产为例,开展现场板坯射钉实验,校验传热模型的计算准确性,相对误差控制在1.0%以内,并以此为基础来确定凝固终点与轻压下区间;同时进行不同轻压下量的工艺对比试验。试验结果表明,增加压下量后的板坯内部质量要优于原设定工艺,低倍中心偏析评级达到C类0.5,且未发现铸坯内部裂纹。With the development of the new steel grades, the requirements of internal quality control for continuous cast- ing slab have been becoming more and more strict. The steel plant of Shougang Jingtang owns four high-efficiency slab casters, equipped with a series of advanced process technologies, including dynamic secondary cooling and dynamic soft reduction. The core of dynamic secondary soft reduction system is the mathematical model of slab temperature distri- bution field, which is used to calculate the end point of slab solidification online, so as to determine the appropriate re- duction area in real time. Taking pipeline steel production for example, the pin shooting test has been carried out for the measurement of solidifying shell thickness to verify the accuracy of the solidification thermal model, proved to be with- in a relative error of 1.0%. Meanwhile, process comparison test was carried out to study the effect of the soft reduction on central segregation. Results showed that the degree of central segregation decreased with the soft reduction amount increased from 4.2 mm to 7.2 mm, and the type C segregation of pipeline slab could be controlled within Class 0.5 with- out any cracks.
