薰衣草油对烫伤创面愈合和瘢痕形成的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨薰衣草油对烫伤小鼠创面和瘢痕的治疗作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为4组,通过蒸汽烫伤法建立瘢痕模型。模型组、多磺酸粘多糖组和精油组分别外涂生理盐水、多磺酸粘多糖乳膏和薰衣草油,每日2次。通过观察和病理检查检测创面及瘢痕情况;ELISA法检测血清TGF-β1、IL-10及组织中Ⅰ/Ⅲ型前胶原表达变化。结果:精油组炎症轻微,愈合快,毛囊、表皮及瘢痕增生弱(P<0.05);血清TGF-β1、IL-10及组织中Ⅰ/Ⅲ型前胶原比值显著升高,后降至正常水平(P<0.05)。结论:薰衣草油可以显著促进小鼠烫伤创面愈合及抑制瘢痕形成。Objective： To study the effect of lavender oil on the treatment of wound healing and scar formation in mice. Methods：Mice were randomly assigned into 4 groups. Scar models were established via steam burn. After the model was developed, the model group, control group and test group were treated with saline solution, hirudoid and lavender oil twice daily, respectively. At the end of treatment，the changes of scar appearance, skin and scar thickness in microscopic were observed and recorded. Histopathological examination was made to examine the scars, and ELISA was used to analyze the serum TGF-β1, IL-10 and the ratio of type Ⅰ/Ⅲ pro-collagen. Results： The inflammation of the test group was slight, and the healing was fast, the hair follicle, epidermis and scar thickness were weak（P ＜ 0.05）. Serum TGF - beta 1, IL - 10, and the ratio of type Ⅰ/Ⅲ pro-collagen significantly increased first, then decreased to normal levels（P ＜ 0.05）. Conclusion： Lavender oil can promote wound repair and inhibit scar formation.
