摘　　要：地缘性职业犯罪是困扰某些地区的社会治理难题,但以往却很少被关注。基于地缘的经济文化因素,这种犯罪行为往往成为了犯罪者工具理性的选择,无法被刑罚和一般犯罪防控措施所影响。同时还有一系列内外部因素帮助犯罪者强化其行为"理性"选择,让地缘性犯罪更加根深蒂固。所以必须有有针对性地预防措施才能对此类犯罪态势进行有效控制。Regional crimes as occupations are difficulties in society governance confronted by some regions but seldom addressed. For regional economic and cultural reasons, these crimes have become a choice for criminals but hardly have they been punished or influenced by other forms of crime prevention and control. Meanwhile, there are other interior and exterior factors that strengthen the idea that such choices are rational, which makes such crimes more deeply-rooted. Therefor, there have to be pertinent prevention measures to contain such crimes.
