摘　　要：本文针对搪玻璃反应罐定期检验发现的问题,如搪玻璃反应罐的标记、铭牌问题,工况条件与设计图纸不相符,用B型罐卡代替A型罐卡,上接环与夹套筒体间焊接接头的未焊透问题,以及搪玻璃返修罐承压使用的现象,进行了分析,提出了建议和解决办法。This paper briefly analyzed the problems found in periodic inspection for glass-lined reactor, such as the problematic mark and nameplate in glass-lined reactor, the working conditions not consistent with the design drawings, and using the type B clips instead of type A clips in glass-lined reactor. Moreover, the incomplete penetration for welded joint was also a problem between up-attachment ring and the jacket of the cylinder. And pressurized use of glass-lined mending tank was also analyzed. Based on the above analysis, the corresponding suggestions and solutions were proposed.
