李乃卿教授应用扶正固本法治疗肿瘤的临床经验

摘　　要：李乃卿教授认为正气亏虚是肿瘤发生的基础,扶正固本是治疗肿瘤的重要法则。他善于应用扶正固本法以扶助正气、培植本元。临证用药时针对正虚的病机进行辨证论治,根据患者气血不足、阴虚津亏、肾阴亏虚、肾阳不足等不同虚证,分别采用益气养血、养阴生津、滋阴补肾、温肾壮阳等治疗方法,调节人体脏腑阴阳气血等的平衡,从而提高患者的机体免疫力和抗病能力。李教授主持研发了参芪扶正注射液,在放疗、化疗基础上加用参芪扶正注射液治疗恶性肿瘤能够起到良好的增效减毒作用。Professor Li Naiqing believes that deficiency of healthy qi is the basis of tumor,and strengthening and consolidating body resistance is an important law for the treatment. He is good at applying the principle of strengthening and consolidating body resistance to reinforce the healthy qi and nurture this essence. In clinical practice,he advocates vital qi deficiency should be considered in pattern differentiation. Strengthing vital qi and nourishing blood,nourishing yin and generating body fluid,nourishing yin and tonifying kidney,warming kidney and yang are used for patients with deficiency of both qi and yin,yin deficiency and less body fluid,kidney yin deficiency,as well as kidney yang deficiency,which could help regulating the balance between zang-fu and yin-yang,and to improve the resistant of patients. Professor Li created Shenqi Fuzheng injection,which could synergistic and detoxifying on tumor patients based on chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
