摘 要:通过溶胶-凝胶法首先合成了多孔结构的二氧化钛(TiO_2)薄膜,然后在多孔结构的二氧化钛(TiO_2)薄膜基础上,利用界面反应在常温下合成SnS/TiO_2纳米复合薄膜.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线衍射仪(XRD)对制得的复合薄膜进行表征,用紫外可见近红外分光光度计(UV-Vis-NIR)和紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)测试了所制备薄膜的光谱性质,进一步探讨了SnS/TiO_2纳米复合薄膜的光电转换性质.The SnS/TiO2 composite film is prepared by interfacial reaction in room temperature after the porous TiO2 film is synthesized by Sol-Gel method. A series of analytic instruments, such as X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM), were used to reveal the characterization of SnS/TiO2 composite film. The photoelectricity properties of SnS/TiO2 composite film is researched by UV-vis and UV-vis-NIR spectra. The photoelectric conversion efficiency of SnS/TiO2 composite film is promoted obviously.
