达立通颗粒治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]超声法对于评价达立通颗粒治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。[方法]将60例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例)。治疗组和对照组在常规治疗基础上分别给予达立通颗粒和多潘立酮片口服治疗,4周为1个疗程。观察治疗前、后2组的胃排空率及临床症状的改善情况。[结果]比较2组治疗前后的临床症状,治疗组有效率较对照组高(96.67%∶73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的90min胃排空率高于对照组,GCSI量表评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。[结论]达立通颗粒能改善DGP患者胃排空功能,减轻患者的临床症状,临床疗效显著。[Objective]To explore the clinical effect of Dalitong granule in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis by ultrasound.[Methods]Sixty patients with diabetic gastric gastroparesis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with domperidone 10 mg,3 times a day.Patients in treatment group were treated with Dalittong granule 6 g,3 times a day.All patients were treated for 1 month.The Ultrasonography was detected before and after treatment for patients of each group.The gastric emptying rate and clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.[Results]After treatment for 4 weeks,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67% superior to 73.33% of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,Gastric emptying rate in observation group was shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Early full,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension score and gastroparesis total score in observation group were all lower than those in control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Dalitong granule in the treatment of DGP can promote peristole,improve gastric motility,relieve the clinical symptoms.It has a significant clinical effect.
