连栀矾溶液联合龙珠软膏促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察连栀矾溶液溻渍联合龙珠软膏纱条塞肛引流促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床效果。方法选择2016年3月至2017年2月在本院住院治疗的96例肛瘘患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组各48例。两组患者术后均予常规抗感染加换药治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上使用连栀矾溶液溻渍及龙珠软膏纱条引流14 d,2次/天,对照组患者使用龙珠软膏纱条引流相同时间。观察两组患者术后创面分泌物及水肿情况、创面疼痛程度及创面愈合率、痊愈时间。结果治疗组患者术后创面愈合率及愈合时间、术后创面疼痛评分、创面分泌物及水肿情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论连栀矾溶液联合龙珠软膏外用可有效减轻肛瘘患者术后创面水肿、增加创面良性渗出、减轻患者创面疼痛及促进创面愈合,具有良好的临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combination suppository of Lianzhifan solution and Longzhu ointment gauze on promoting wound healing after surgery for anal fistula. Methods 96 patients with anal fistula who were hospitalized in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were randomly assigned to the control group and the treatment group, with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional anti-infection and dressing treatment. In addition, patients in the treatment group were treated combination suppository of Lianzhifan solution and Longzhu ointment gauze 2 times/day for 14 days. Patients in the control group were treated with suppository of Longzhu ointment gauze for the same duration. Evaluation of secretions and edema of the wounds, wound pain, wound healing rate, and time to wound healing were performed after operation. Results The wound healing rate and time healing, postoperative wound pain score, wound secretion and edema were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lianzhifan solution combined with Longzhu ointment can effectively reduce postoperative wound edema in patients with anal fistulas. It can increase benign exudation, reduce wound pain, promote wound healing, and have good clinical effect.
