摘　　要：目的调查福州口岸赴加拿大移民胸部X线检查结果,提高口岸肺结核的放射诊断率,防止肺结核通过口岸传播。方法依据加拿大的胸片诊断标准,对2014年1月1日—2016年12月31日福州口岸赴加拿大移民的胸片资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2014年1月1日—2016年12月31日,福州口岸赴加拿大移民共1 721人。依据加拿大的胸片诊断标准进行点数评判,点数1.1~3.5有131人,占7.61%;点数≥4.0的有122人,占7.09%,其中≥60岁年龄组高达59人,占48.36%。结论依据加拿大的胸片诊断标准,福州口岸胸片异常检出率较高,≥60岁年龄的移民申请人应作为肺结核筛查的重点人群。Objective To investigate chest X-ray diagnosis results among applicants for immigration to Canada at Fuzhou port,to prevent tuberculosis（TB） transmission. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted among the applicants for immigration to Canada at Fuzhou port from January 1,2014 to December 31,2016,according to Canada chest X-ray diagnosis standard. Results A total of 1 721 applicants for immigration to Canada were scored points. 131 applicants were scored 1.1-3.5（minor findings） accounted for 7.61%,122 applicants were scored ≥4.0（findings sometimes seen in active TB or other conditions）,accounted for 7.09%,of which 59 applicants were more than 60 years old. Conclusion According to Canada chest X-ray diagnosis standard,the abnormal rate of chest radiograph at Fuzhou port was higher. The applicants of more than 60 years old should be considered as the target population of TB control.
