“检企共治”口岸病媒生物综合防治体系的建立

摘  要:为了解决口岸病媒生物监测防治工作繁重与卫生检疫人力资源不足的矛盾,探索建立卫生检疫与口岸企业共同参与的长效监测机制与防治体系。该体系以病媒生物综合治理的基本概念为基础,将环境管理、健康教育和相关政府计划结合起来。按照该体系的方案,共组织实施了9 520人次16 576 h的病媒生物监测,捕获啮齿动物42只、蚊14 660只、蝇10 818只、蜚蠊56只;开展了病原体检测408批次,未检测到病原体。该体系经4年运行和完善,表现出较强的可操作性和可复制性。In order to solve the contradiction between the heavy load of medical vectors prevention and control and the shortage of health quarantine manpower,try to establish a long-term system performed by health quarantine department and local enterprises for the surveillance and control of medical vectors at ports. Based on the basic concept of integrated management for medical vectors,this system integrated environmental management,health education and related government programs together. According to the system,9 520 person-times were participated in16 576 hours for medical vectors surveillance,with 42 rodents,14 660 mosquitoes,10 818 flies and 56 cockroaches had been captured,and 408 pools of them were detected for pathogens,no pathogen was detected. The system showed strong maneuverability and reproducibility by running for 4 years.
