摘　　要：骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是骨伤科临床常见退行性疾病。目前,常用药如非甾体类抗炎药等对OA有着确切疗效,亦存在一定不良反应。黄桂成教授临证三十余年,对OA的中医药治疗有着深入研究,常运用络病理论治疗OA,取得了良好的临床疗效。本文则从OA发于络病的理论依据、病因病机及临床治疗等方面,详细论述黄桂成教授运用络病理论治疗OA的学术思想,以飨于同道,服务于病患。Osteoarthritis（OA） is the common chronic muscle and tendon disease.Western medicine has definite curative efficacy,as well as some side effects.Professor HUANG Guicheng,engaged in clinical work for more than 30 years,has done amount of work on Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of OA.In clinic,Professor HUANG often treats OA based on the theory of collateral disease.On this basis,Professor HUANG has developed and perfected the theory of collateral disease in orthopedics and traumatology diseases.From aspects of OA＇s theoretical basis of collateral disease,etiology,pathogenesis and clinical treatment,the article will discuss the Professor HUANG Guicheng＇s academic thoughts in the treatment of osteoarthritis by the theory of collateral disease in detail.
