黄荆条果实对糖尿病模型血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察黄荆条水提液对实验性糖尿病小鼠的降糖作用。方法:采用腹腔注射四氧嘧啶(160mg/kg)的糖尿病动物模型,以三种不同剂量的黄荆条水提液和模型组分别灌胃给予糖尿病小鼠。给予足量食物和水量,每日定时灌胃一次,连续7天,观察小鼠每天的食量、水量及体重的变化并测定小鼠给药前后的血糖含量。结果:三种不同剂量的黄荆条水提液均可降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖浓度,与对照组比较血糖降低水平差异有极显著性(P<0.05),且高剂量组的药效最明显。结论:黄荆条水提液具有降低血糖的作用。Objective：To observe the hypoglycemic effect of the water extract of the Huang Jingtiao＇s fruit on experimental diabetic mice.Methods：The diabetic animal model was injected into the abdominal cavity with a total of 4 oxypyrimidine（160 mg/kg）,and the mice were given to the diabetic mice with three different doses of the water extract and the model group respectively.To give sufficient quantity of food and water,the daily time of filling the stomach at regular intervals was to observe the changes of daily food intake,water volume and weight of the mice,and to determine the blood glucose levels before and after the drug.Results：The three different doses of the water extract of the Huang Jingtiao＇s fruit can reduce the blood glucose levels of diabetic mice,reduce blood sugar level compared with the controlled group difference was very significant（P〈0.05） and the efficacy of high dose group was the most obvious.Conclusion：The water extract of the Huang Jingtiao＇s fruit has the effect of lowering blood sugar.
