补中益气汤治疗气虚血亏型癌性发热临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨补中益气汤治疗气虚血亏型癌性发热的临床疗效。方法:收集2015年6月~2017年1月入院的100例气虚血亏型癌性发热患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者则加用补中益气汤,比较两组患者中医症状评分、体温、卡氏评分、总体治疗效果、卡氏评分变化程度与安全性。结果:观察组患者治疗后中医症状总分(4.09±0.66)组间比较显著性低于对照组(7.18±1.09);治疗后体温(37.48±0.45)组间比较显著性低于对照组(38.10±0.48),KPS评分(79.40±8.26)显著性高于对照组(70.20±8.11),存在显著性差异(P<0.01);总有效率(84%)与卡氏评分增加稳定率(92%)明显高于对照组(62%,78%),存在明显差异(P<0.05);两组患者药物不良反应率(20%vs.12%)不存在明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:补中益气汤治疗气虚血亏型癌性发热的临床疗效显著,安全性较高,具有借鉴意义。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in treating Qi-deficiency and blood-deficiency type of cancerous fever.Methods：100 cases of Qi-deficiency and deficiency hepatocellular carcinoma fever admitted from June 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the controlled group were given routine treatment.Patients in the observation group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.TCM symptom score,body temperature,Karnofsky score,overall curative effect,degree of change of Karnofsky score and safety of the two group patients were observed and compared.Results：After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the observation group（4.09±0.66） was significantly lower than that in the controlled group（7.18±1.09）;The body temperature in the observation group（37.48±0.45） was significantly lower than that in the controlled group（38.10±0.48）.The KPS score（79.40 ± 8.26） was significantly higher than that of the controlled group（70.20±8.11）,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The total effective rate（84%） was significantly higher than that of the controlled group（62%,78%）（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference（P〉0.05） between the two groups in adverse drug reaction rate（20% vs.12%）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in treating Qi-deficiency and blood-deficiency type of cancerous fever is significant and safe.
