自拟活血祛风汤联合电针疗法治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及对VAS评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察采用自拟活血祛风汤联合电针疗法治腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的106例LDH患者按就诊顺序随机分入联合组与基础组各53例,基础组给予单纯西医综合保守疗法,联合组在基础组治疗基础上加用自拟活血祛风汤联合电针疗法进行治疗,10天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:从VAS评分、JOA评分、中医证候疗效、各项临床症状消失时间等几方面比较,联合组均优于基础组。结论:采用自拟活血祛风汤联合电针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,临床疗效显著。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of using Huoxue Qufeng Decoction combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation.Methods：106 cases of acute lumbar disc herniation patients who met the corresponding standards were randomly divided into 53 cases in combination group and basic group according to the order of treatment.The basic group was treated with simple western medicine conservative therapy.In addition to the basic group,then added Selfmade Huoxue Qufeng Decoction combined with electro-acupuncture therapy for treatment;10 days for a course of treatment,the treatment of 2 courses.Results：From the aspects of VAS score,JOA score,the curative effect of TCM syndrome and disappearance time of various clinical symptoms,the combination group was superior to the basic group.Conclusion：The clinical application of Huoxue Qufeng Decoction combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation is effective.
