补气助阳汤配合西药治疗成人变应性鼻炎对其血NO、IL-4及鼻黏膜EOS水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补气助阳汤配合西药治疗成人变应性鼻炎对其血NO、IL-4及鼻黏膜EOS水平的影响。方法:将我院自2014年1月~2017年8月收治的成年AR患者纳入研究范围,按纳入与排除标准选取98例患者,将其就诊编号按随机分层法分为联合组(n=48)与对照组(n=50)。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组联合补气助阳汤,对比两组喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒、鼻甲肿大等症状的改善情况,并比较血NO、IL-4、鼻黏膜EOS水平及生活质量。结果:治疗后,喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒、鼻甲肿大等症状分值、血NO及IL-4水平、鼻-结膜炎相关生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分均显著下降,鼻黏膜EOS表达显著减少,且观察组低于对照组,上述对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补气助阳汤配合西药治疗成人AR对其血NO、IL-4及鼻黏膜EOS水平的影响更显著,对临床症状及体征、生活质量的改善也有重要价值。Objective：To analyze the effect of Buqi Zhuyang Decoction combined with western medicine on blood NO,IL-4 and nasal mucosa EOS levels for adult patients with allergic rhinitis（AR）.Methods：98 adult patients with AR who were admitted to the hospital from January 2014 to August 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into combined group（n= 48） and controlled group（n=50）.The controlled group was treated with western medicine while the observation group was treated with Buqi Zhuyang Decoction combined with western medicine.The relief of symptoms such as sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,nasal itching and turbinate enlargement were compared between the two groups.Blood NO,IL-4 and nasal mucosa EOS levels and quality of life were also compared.Results：After treatment,scores of sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,nasal itching and turbinate enlargement,blood NO and IL-4 levels and rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire（RQLQ） scores were significantly decreased and the expression of EOS in nasal mucosa was significantly reduced,the observation grou Pthe controlled group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Buqi Zhuyang Decoction combined with western medicine has significant effect on blood NO,IL-4 and nasal mucosa EOS levels.The treatment also can relieve clinical symptoms and improve signs and quality of life.
