合谷刺透穴针激痛点配合手法治疗臀中肌筋膜炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察合谷刺透穴针激痛点配合手法治疗臀中肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:35例臀中肌筋膜炎患者,取激痛点采用合谷刺透穴针配合手法治疗(隔日治疗1次,共治疗5次)。对治疗前、后视觉模拟评分(VAS)进行评分,按公认的评价标准进行疗效评估。结果:治疗后疼痛VAS评分比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。总有效率100%。结论:合谷刺透穴针激痛点配合手法治疗臀中肌筋膜炎的临床疗效显著,能够缓解臀部疼痛症状,值得临床应用。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of multi-direction,point-through-point needling myofascial trigger point and manual therapy in treating gluteus medius myofaseitis.Methods：Thirty-five cases with gluteus medius myofaseitis used multi-direction,point through point needling myofascial trigger point and manual therapy（1 every other day for 5 times）.VAS score was scored before and after treating.Clinical therapeutic effects were assessed according to acknowledged evaluation form.Results：VAS score after treatment were different significantly（P0.01）.The total efficiency was 100%.Conclusion：The multidirection,point-through-point needling myofascial trigger point and manual therapy achieves the significant clinical efficacy in treating gluteus medius myofaseitis.It relieves the discomforts of gluteus such as pain.It is worthy of clinical application.
