摘  要:通过对PCCP管道检测.发现内部混凝土开裂和PCCP管预应力钢丝断裂是管道的主要缺陷。2种缺陷分散分布在管道全线且数量较多,而该条管线上方地面已经被城市基础设施覆盖,考虑到经济性和可实施性,对受损达一定程度以上的管道,采取非开挖管内粘贴碳纤维修复和少量管道替换相结合的修复建议。通过对老旧管道进行检测修复,给管道寻找新的安全运行条件,不仅大大提高了整个工程运行的安全性和稳定性.而且用经济的方法延长了老旧管道的使用寿命。Through testing PCCP pipeline, it was found that internal concrete cracking, and prestressed steel wire breaks of PCCP pipe were the main defects of the pipeline. Two defectes were distributed around in pipelines with a great quantity. And ground above the line is covered by urban infrastructure. Thus, consider ing the economy and practicality, it was recommended that taking the trenchless tube pasting carbon fiber re pair and the combination of a small amount of pipe replacement repair for pipes with above a certain degree of demage. Through the testing repair of old pipelines, it not only greatly improved the operation security and stability of the whole project, but also prolonged the service life of old pipe using the economic method. This paper will introduce the status of pipeline and the maintenance suggestion in detail.
