摘　　要："行政之协商民主"问题是深化协商民主认识的有效路径。探析"典型行政国家"行政吸纳的对话平台,讨论"多元一体社会"利益分化的共识基础,挖掘"核心主导体系"价值冲突的调解渠道,充分发挥最大效应,积极促进中国特色社会主义协商民主的健康发展。This paper explores the dialogue platform for administrative participation in the ＂exemplary administrative state＂, discusses the consensus basis for the division of interests in the ＂diverse and integrated society＂, and explores the mediation channels for value conflicts in the ＂core leading system＂ to bring them into full play, so as to actively promote the healthy devel- opment of consultative democracy with Chinese characteristics.
