摘　　要：我国近40年来的快速城市化,有利于更好更快实现现代化转型,但也必须看到,快速城市化给我国的各大城市带来诸多矛盾和风险,从而快速积聚了各类城市社会危机。如果处理不当,将延误发展,甚至影响我国全面小康社会建设的进程。本文从表征与种类的角度分析国际视野下大城市社会危机,将国际大城市社会危机的普遍性和我国大城市社会危机的特殊性研究相结合,从城市居民与政府的视角对我国大城市社会危机的成因进行分析,在此基础上借鉴大城市社会危机管理的国际经验,提出构建大城市社区治理参与平台、提升城市领导者的战略思维、聚焦大城市社会危机中的特殊群体、完善大城市社区治理的顶层设计等举措。The rapid urbanization of China in the last 40 years is conducive to a better and faster transition to modernization. How-ever, it must also be noted that rapid urbanization brings many contradictions and risks for major cities in China, which accumulates var-ious kinds of urban social crisis rapidly. If handled improperly, it will delay development and even affect the progress of building a mod-erately prosperous society in all respects. This paper analyzes the social crisis of big cities in the international perspective from the per-spective of representation and category, and combines the universality of social crisis in international big cities with the particularity of the social crisis in large cities in China. The analysis of the causes of the social crisis in large cities in China is based on the dual per-spectives of urban residents and the government. Based on the international experience of the management of social crisis in big cities,this paper proposes to build a platform for community（she qu） governance participation in large cities, and enhance the strategic think-ing of urban leaders. What＇s more, the special groups in the social crisis in big cities should be concerned, and the top-level design of community governance will be improved in big cities.
