摘　　要：本着"读者第一"的服务宗旨,将嵌入式学科服务的理念应用于BALIS(Beijing Academic Library&Information System,以下简称BALIS)原文传递的用户服务中。通过调研学科服务馆目前BALIS原文传递的服务现状及存在的问题,借鉴嵌入式学科服务的模式和机制,探究BALIS原文传递嵌入式用户服务的内容与模式,为BALIS原文传递服务更好地为用户服务提供有价值的参考和借鉴。In line with ＂Reader First＂ principle of service, the concept of embedded subject service is applied to the user service of BALLS document delivery. Through the investigation of the subject service library we have known the service situation and existing problems of BALIS document delivery. The paper discusses the model and mecha- nism of subject service and provides valuable reference for the user service of BALIS document delivery.
