摘　　要：近年来,违法医疗广告、虚假互联网医疗信息泛滥,严重损害了患者与公众的利益,加剧了医疗行业与患者之间的矛盾,造成了恶劣的社会影响。为改善医患双方间医疗服务信息的不对称,减少虚假医疗服务信息所造成的误导,方便群众寻医问药,上海积极探索有效的医疗服务信息公示机制,建设医疗服务信息便民查询系统,并通过该系统向社会公示全市4 000余家医疗机构医疗服务信息,包括医疗机构卫生计生行政许可信息、处罚信息和医疗机构荣誉等特色信息,对促进医疗服务与市民的需求对接,为公众享受医疗服务提供了便捷的途径和高效的服务质量,做出了有益的探索和实践。In recent years, false information such as fake medical, false advertising flooded, which seriously harmed the interests of the people, exacerbated the conflicts between patients and medical industry, had caused the bad social influence. In order to improve the medical service information asymmetry between doctors and patients, reduce the misleading false medical service information, help the masses to seek medical advice more conveniently, Shanghai actively explores effective medical service information publicity mechanism, develops convenient medical service information query system. Through the platform, medical service information of more than 4,000 medical institutions in the city is presented to the public, including the administrative licensing information, punishment information and honor information of medical institutions. It has made beneficial exploration and practice to promote the connection between medical service and the needs of the public, provide convenient access and efficient services for the public to enjoy medical services.
