摘　　要：结合某科技园项目,从实际应用和理论出发,介绍了BIM技术的模拟建造软件、建筑及结构的数字化测绘复核、全专业模型搭建与深化、支吊架深化设计问题、模型构件模块化拆分,构件工厂预制、加工运输及现场拼装施工技术,最后对应用效果进行了总结。Based on the practical application and theory of a science park project,this paper introduces the simulation software of BIM technology,the digital surveying and mapping review of building and structure,professional model building and deepening,the problems of the deep design of supports and hanger, modular separation of model components, component factory prefabrication, processing transportation and site assembly construction technology. Finally,the application effect is summarized.
