摘　　要：用实验室保存的1株血清4型禽腺病毒（FAdV-4）W株对雏鸡（1dSPF鸡）进行攻毒试验,研究其致病性及免疫原性,每日观察鸡只精神状态,持续14d,计算死亡率,对每组死亡鸡只立即剖检,记录眼观组织病变,并将肝脏固定于10%的福尔马林中用于组织学观察。SPF鸡攻毒试验结果表明,口服接种100TCID50病毒量对1dSPF鸡的致死率高达100%,死亡时间在144~150h之间;对死亡鸡只剖检均可见到明显的心包积液,肝脏出血坏死;肝组织切片HE染色可见典型的嗜碱性核内包涵体。用该病毒制备的灭活疫苗具有良好的免疫保护作用,制作的高免血清也具有良好的治疗效果。Used a serotype 4 fowl adenovirus（FAdV-4）W strain,which was preserved in our laboratory to make attack toxicity experiment and study the pathogenesis and immunogenicity for young chicks（1 day-old SPF chicken）,and observed mental state,recorded mortality,observed tissue lesions of dead chickens,and liver tissue samples were placed into 10%formalin for histology.SPF chicken attack toxicity experiment demonstrated that 100 TCID50 virus through oral inoculation in a-day-old SPF chickens could result in 100% mortality,the time of death was about between 144-150 h;the dead chickens displayed obvious hydropericardium syndrome,liver with multifocal areas of necrosis and petechial haemorrhage.And the basophilic inclusion bodies could be found in liver cells through HE staining.The inactivated vaccine prepared with the isolated virus could prevent the disease reoccurrence and injection of immune serum also presenced a good therapeutic effect on diseased chickens.
