摘  要:非结核分枝杆菌与结核杆菌同属分枝杆菌属,在自然环境中分布广泛,是一种环境致病菌。本研究将分离的浅黄分枝杆菌感染C57BL/6J小鼠,应用病理切片分析肝脏的病理变化,并采用荧光定量PCR检测肝脏中细胞因子IFN-γ,IL-12b,TNF-α,IL-10,NLRP3和TGF-β表达量的变化。结果发现,肝脏组织出现少量的炎性细胞浸润,而且感染组小鼠肝脏IFN-γ,IL-12b的表达量明显高于对照组,IL-10只有微弱的表达。上述结果表明,抗浅黄分枝杆菌感染免疫反应主要以Th1免疫反应为主。Nontuberculosis mycobacteria and Mycobacterium tuberculosis both belong to mycobacteria.Meanwhile,nontuberculosis mycobacteria belong to environmental pathogenic bacteria and distribute widespread in natural environment.In this study,C57 BL/6 Jmice were infected with Mycobacterium gilvum,and the pathological change was analyzed by using pathological section.Furthermore,the expression quantities of IFN-γ,IL-12 b,TNF-α,IL-10,NLRP3 and TGF-βwere detected through quantitative real-time PCR in infected mice.The results indicated that inflammatory cell infiltrate was found in liver,and the expression of IFN-γand IL-12 bmRNA was higher than that of uninfected mice,but the expression of IL-10 was very low.These results suggested that Th1 immunity response may play important role in the control of Mycobacterium gilvuminfection.
