摘 要:采用伪三元相图法制备埃普利诺菌素纳米乳并考察其微观形态及粒径分布。结果显示:由EL-35,乙酸乙酯、1,2-丙二醇为主要组分制备的埃普利诺菌素纳米乳澄清透明,透射电镜下液滴均呈球形。经激光粒度分析仪检测,其平均粒径为18.85nm,多分散系数(PDI)为0.1,其分散度良好。该纳米乳以15 000r/min速度离心30min和留样2,4,6个月后,外观基本无变化。结果表明,所制备埃普利诺菌素纳米乳符合纳米乳的性质和特征。Eprinomectin nanoemulsion was preparated by pseudoternary phase diagrams method and detected its morphology and particle size distribution.The results showed that eprinomectin nanoemulsion which consisited of EL-35,1,2-propylene glycol and ethyl acetate was a kind of clear solution and presented as small spherical drops under transmission electron microscope.The results of the laser particle size analyzer showed that the average particle size of eprinomectin nanoemulsion was 18.85 nm and PDI was 0.1,that displayed the dispersion was good.The appearence of eprinomectin nanoemulsion had no change by high speed centrifugation and retention.All results showed that the eprinomectin nanoemulsions conformed to the nature and characteristics of nano emulsion.
