摘 要:本试验目的是研究ESR与ITGB1基因多态性对大白猪产仔数的影响。试验采用PCR-RFLP技术检测基因多态性,并分析基因型与母猪的产仔数的关系。结果两个基因都检测到了3种基因型。分析发现经产母猪中ESR基因AA型个体的健仔数和木乃伊胎比BB型个体多0.04和0.06头,经产母猪ITGB1基因TC型个体的木乃伊胎比CC型多0.05头。经产母猪中合并基因型BBTT型的健仔数比ABTT型多0.5头。结果表明,ESR和ITGB1基因对大白猪的繁殖性状有一定的影响。The purpose of this study is to reveal genetic effects of the polymorphisms of ESR and ITGB1 genes on the reproductive performance of Yorkshire sows.Genotyping was done by PCRRFLP technique and the relations between genotypes reproductive performance were analyzed.Results shown that three kinds of genotypes were detected in both genes.To ESRgene,the NHB and mummified of genetype AA were 0.04 and 0.06 higher than those of genetype BB in the multiparity sows,respectively.To ITGB1 gene,mummified of genetype TC was 0.05 higher than that of genetype CC in multiparity sows.The NHB of combing ESR-ITGB1 genotype BBTT was 0.5 higher than that of genotype ABTT in multiparity sows.The results showed that ESRand ITGB1 genes have genetic effects on the reproductive traits of Yorkshire sows.
