摘 要:为筛选出适宜海南种植的咖啡新品种,2010—2015年对2个咖啡品种(系)兴1和兴28进行田间比较试验,以热研2号为对照,系统进行农艺性状、经济性状和品质性状的测定和分析。结果表明:兴1鲜干比小,百粒重和出米率显著高于热研2号,产量为1.92 kg/株,比对照增产24.67%,品质风味好;兴28鲜干比小,百粒重大,出米率高,干豆产量为2.26 kg/株,比对照热研2号增产46.75%,营养成分含量高,品质风味好。因此,兴1、兴28这2个中粒种咖啡品种性状优良,可作为在低海拔地区推广应用的候选品种。In order to select suitable robusta coffee varieties for planting in Hainan, field comparisons of two Coffea robusta varieties were carried out in 2014-2015, and Reyan 2 was used for the control. The characteristics including agronomic characters, economic characters, quality characters were tested. The results showed that Xing 1 had small fresh-dry ratio, weights of 100 beans and rate of fruit out of green coffee beans were significantly more than that in the control. The yield of coffee bean of Xing 1 was 1.92 kg per plant, 24.67% more than the control. Xing 28 had small fresh-dry ratio, high weights of 100 beans and rate of fruit out of green coffee beans, presented a high level of biochemical compounds and good cup quality. The yield of coffee bean of Xing 28 was 2.26 kg per plant, 46.75% more than the control. Xing 1 and Xing 28 presented a high level of biochemical compounds and good cup quality, those were extreme varieties in low elevation region, and futher field trials and promotion would be carriede out.
