摘  要:本研究采用9种LED光质组合光源处理竹叶兰2个月大的幼苗,测定其形态生长、酚类物质、氧化代谢指标。结果表明:与红光,远红光相比,蓝光使幼苗生长健壮、根系发达、生物量积累且有利于多酚、黄酮、花色素苷等活性成分的积累,同时蓝光可促使竹叶兰体内过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶含量增加,提高植物羟自由基清除能力、超氧阴离子清除能力和总抗氧化能力;而相较于单色光源,复合光呈叠加效应,其中在3B1R条件下,竹叶兰活性成分及抗氧化能力各项指标最好,更利于提高其药用价值,为最优光质组合。In this study, we examined the morphological growth, content of phenolic substances and the antioxidant ability of A. graminifolia under different LED light source. Two months old seedlings were treated with nine kinds of LED light-combination light sources and the physiological and metabolic indices were measured. Our results showed that blue light was beneficial to root system, biomass, polyphenols, flavonoids, hydrogen peroxide, catalase, peroxidase production and hydroxyl radical scavenging ability, as well as superoxide anion scavenging ability and total antioxidant capacity when compared with red and far-red light group. Moreover, a composite light showed a superposition effect and a combination of light blue and red ratio of 3:1 was considered as the optimum light condition, which could improve the medicinal value of A. graminifolia apparently.
