摘 要:复杂机电产品是拥有整体功能的庞大复杂系统,涵盖了多个技术领域,其设计过程涉及机、电、液等多学科、多部件、多源、多过程的耦合。作为产品设计的核心部分,复杂机电产品设计过程中的知识资源涉及多设计目标关联、多设计参数、多领域等,导致传统的知识管理体系与设计方法不能有效获取产品设计知识及实现知识重用。文中针对复杂产品设计过程,综合分析研究了设计知识资源跨学科的协同设计,提出基于元胞自动机模型的复杂产品设计过程的知识资源自组织聚类方法。运用该方法对水轮机设计过程中存在的设计知识进行聚类分析,结果表明其可以有效地将复杂产品设计知识资源依据各自领域进行合理分类,这对复杂产品的研究提供了帮助。Complex electromechanical products represent a large and complex system characterized with a well-structured mix of functions, which cover many technical fields. The design process involves multi-discipline, multi-component, multisource and multi-process coupling of machine, electricity, liquid, and so on. As a core part of product design, the knowledge resources in the design process of complex electromechanical products involve multi-design target association, multi-design parameters, and multiple fields. Thus, by means of traditional knowledge management systems and design methods, it is difficult to obtain the related design knowledge in an effective manner and to put it into use.. In this paper, based on the cellular automata model, the self-organized cluster method targeted at knowledge resources is proposed for the design process of complex products, which integrates the interdisciplinary collaborative design of knowledge resources in the process. By means of the cellular automata model, a cluster analysis on the design knowledge involved in the design process of hydrogenerator is conducted by cluster analysis. The result shows that this method ensures the effective and reasonable classification of knowledge resources according to different fields, which serves as a boon for the research on complex products.
